• How long will it take to receive my item?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed between 1-5 business days. After processing, you will receive an email once your order has shipped! Shipping times depend on selected shipping method at checkout. 

  • Why isn't my coupon code working?

Double check that you are correctly using the coupon code. Some coupons only apply to selected styles or collections

  • How do I start an exchange? 
Please email us at TheMerlotCollectionCo@gmail.com to start an exchange. Exchanges are only for products of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 


  • My lashes are out of stock! When is the inventory updated? 

Our stock is updated weekly. If your favorite lashes are out of stock, check back within a week for their replenishment. 

  • How do I track my order?

Please see "track my order" tab on home page. Enter your tracking number or order number to track all orders. 

  • One of my items is damaged, can I get a refund? 
The Merlot Collection gladly accepts exchanges for equal or lesser value! Not happy with your order? Send us an email with your full name and order number to themerlotcollectionco@gmail.com to start your return. 


  • How do I receive store credit? 
As soon as we successfully receive your return, a unique coupon code will be sen to your email in the value of your return. Please email us if you have questions. 


  • My size is out of stock! When should I expect a restock? 
Due to the global pandemic, all sizes are not guaranteed to be available at all times. We are working hard to keep all items fully stocked. We receive new shipments every two weeks. If it's sold out today, check back with us soon for the restock!


  • When will I receive my order? 
All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail with a guaranteed 2-4 day delivery time (not including processing time).  Shipping times may vary during holidays & weekends.
